- A large beach with a length of 625 metres with full facilities
- Located to the west of the harbour in front of Blanes Old Town. A couple of large rocks followed by 200 metres of a rocky foreshore seperate Blanes beach from S'Abanell beach

- This is Blanes main beach and is over 3 kilometres long, the longest beach on the Costa Brava, and made up of course sand, much of which is trucked in if winter storms strip the beach of it's sand.
- The beach has a full set of facilities with the addition of watersports, sailing school & paraccending.
- The beach runs in front of all the hotels in the Blanes new town

- If you want to wlk back it is downhill with good views and takes around 15 minutes to the promenade.

Barcelona Airport is on a branch line, therfore you must change trains.
If the train stops at El Prat de Liobregat change there for the Areoport else continue into Barcelona and Change at Sants for the Areoport. This train will take you back through El Prat de Liobregaton the correct line for the Airport
